Engineered Skystream™ Wind System Program

In an effort to improve their products and operations, Southwest Windpower has announced some changes effective as of September 15th, 2009

The Skystream™ program is an innovative training and certification regimen that assists Dealers in selling Southwest Windpower Skystream™
Wind Systems. Southwest Windpower’s goal is to train and deploy certified Dealers to sell and promote fully integrated and engineered Wind
Systems. The focus is on moving to a wind system product offering and away from the sale of individual components except as replacement parts.

Program Overview

• Southwest Windpower Skystream™ Wind System will now ship as one complete system and includes the Skystream™ turbine, fully engineered Skystream tower
  (10, 15 and 20 meter heights), SkyView monitoring software, and SkyLevel (a newly patented leveling system).  A Foundation kit is required and must also be ordered with the Skystream™ system.
  
  
• The Skystream™ training and certification program will result in increased long-term operation and reliability of Skystream systems, and the long-term overall customer’s satisfaction.
  
  
• To be an Authorized Skystream™ Dealer, all Matrix Energy Dealers must attend and pass a new,  four-day training class that incorporates a heavy emphasis on citing installation and service. Training on Skystream™ product will take place at Southwest's facility in Arizona or at our Spring Training event in April 15 – 17, 2010 (tbc).

• Any Dealer that’s attended Skystream™ training previously at SWWP will need to participate in an upcoming webinar to re-qualify. A Dealer’s certification number will be required on all purchase orders for stock or drop shipments.
